Returns and Refunds
What’s your return policy?
We have a no quibble return policy*. If you want to return something, for any reason at all, you have up to 14 days to make your mind up about any order. As long as we receive the returned item within 14 days of receipt of your order with all packaging in-tact, in exactly the same condition you received it, we’ll exchange or refund it, no questions asked.
Please note, sale items work slightly differently. These have a 7 day return policy to enable us to process the return and put it back into the sale section before the sale ends.
*In instances where we have tailor made a garment for a specific fit that does not follow the original pattern cut, we cannot accept it back as a return so please bear this in mind.
What happens if I don't like the items or they do not fit?
No problem. Just send the item back to us and, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund. Please fill in our enclosed the form attached to your delivery note to:

Do I have to pay for postage if I want to exchange an item?
Unless you have an offer providing free returns (we do these promotions every now and then) then you will have to pay for return postage yourself. However, we will happily post you out a different size or style for free.
Why don't you always offer free returns when most of your competitors do?
We are a small company and where most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas – for example putting up the price of their products. We don’t want to do that, so decided to keep things as transparent as possible by letting you know from the offset that it’s our policy to charge for returns.
How long does it take to process my returns?
We try to process returns for exchange or refund as quickly as possible, but, at certain times of the year it can take up to 14 days when we’re very busy so please bear with us.
